I have followed Alex since his teenage years and from an early age I could see that there was something special about this wrestler. Not only was he a great talent but he possessed a fearlessness and a natural winning instinct that is rarely seen. His belief in himself combined with his willingness to do the "job" creates the conditions for us to have an Olympic champion in wrestling.

By doing the "job" I do not mean that Alex trains hard to get better, but I mean the unique quality when you train so hard that you beat everyone who trains to get better. He really trains to be the best! Alex is already a world wrestler. In my eyes, there is every possibility that he will soon take over the entire world throne. "
